Standard moving services, furniture and appliance delivery, smaller junk removal jobs, and clearly defined cleanouts can usually be reserved directly. Larger estate cleanouts, rental turnovers, pre-sale prep, pre-remodel removals, mixed-scope jobs, or multi-day projects should begin with a consultation so we can confirm the right crew, truck, equipment, and time needed before the work begins.
Reserving a time block does not mean you are automatically charged for every hour selected. It gives us a starting point based on the scope you expect. Final billing is based on actual working time used or the confirmed delivery quote, depending on the service.

Jobs outside Anchorage may include travel charges based on destination and logistics. You can review example travel rates on our Pricing page, or contact us for an upfront estimate before booking.
To help keep your project efficient and reduce billable time, please box or bag smaller loose items ahead of arrival when possible.
For junk removal and cleanout jobs, having material consolidated and access paths cleared can also help save time, but isn't required.
