The Company provides moving, hauling, delivery, and related labor services. Services are performed based on customer-provided information, job-site conditions, and operational factors.

Changes to job scope, conditions, or requested services may result in adjusted pricing.

By scheduling services, you authorize the Company to perform the requested work.

Prior to the start of services, customers are required to execute a separate Work Authorization and Liability Waiver. That agreement governs important risk allocation, damage procedures, and liability limitations.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate service details
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Provide reasonable site access

The Company reserves the right to refuse or modify services when safety risks or material misrepresentations exist.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Balances not paid within three (3) business days may incur reasonable late fees where permitted by law.

Unpaid balances may be referred to collections. Customers agree to be responsible for lawful and reasonable collection costs.

Failure to remit payment does not invalidate this agreement or the customer’s obligation for services rendered.

 Scheduling times represent estimated arrival windows. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, job complexity, safety considerations, or operational constraints.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for claims arising from services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Additional limitations and procedures may be defined in separately executed service agreements.

Damage concerns must be reported promptly.

Where applicable, Company insurance policies govern claims and resolution procedures.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, including scheduling updates and operational notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.

These Terms shall be governed by Alaska law.

Where enforceable, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revisions.
